Check the delivery instructions
Review the checkout confirmation and the email address used at purchase. Look in spam and promotions folders, but do not enter payment details into an unexpected message.
Try a supported browser
Use a current browser and confirm that downloads are permitted. A link that opens in a browser tab may need a separate save action.
Identify the exact failure
Note whether the link is expired, requires a sign-in, displays an error or downloads an unfamiliar file type. These symptoms require different fixes.
Contact the seller with useful details
Share your order reference, the link error and your device type with the seller. Never post private payment information in a public forum.
Create a reproducible download error note for support
Before retrying a failed link repeatedly, write down the time, the browser, the device and the exact message shown. Distinguish a page that refuses access from a download that stops halfway and a completed file that will not open. These are different failures, and a concise sequence helps support investigate the correct stage.
Repeat the smallest safe test once: open the original purchase instructions, follow the stated sign-in process and try the same file. Note whether the result changes on a permitted alternative browser. Avoid changing several settings together because a successful result then tells you little about which change solved the problem.
Send the support team your order reference and the short reproduction sequence through its official private channel. Redact payment details and private access links from any screenshot. Keep the original files until support confirms the remedy; an incomplete download may need replacement, while an app compatibility problem may be resolved without downloading the entire bundle again.
